Create a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

Light a candle.

Fill a small bowl with fresh water.

Allow the water to become a symbol of the sacred emotional currents flowing through your life.

Place your fingertips into the bowl and softly whisper:

"May I remember who I have always been."

Repeat these words three times, allowing each repetition to settle more deeply into your heart.

Lift your fingertips and gently touch:
