There are Full Moons that illuminate…

And then there are Lunar Eclipses that remove.

This Virgo Full Moon arrives during Pisces Season — a time when the soul begins to loosen its grip on roles, routines, and identities we’ve been quietly maintaining.

Virgo governs:

• the body

• our daily rhythms

• the nervous system

• the pressure to get it right

Pisces governs:

• surrender

• rest

• devotion

• emotional release

And when a Lunar Eclipse takes place in Virgo, something we’ve been managing through effort may finally ask to be released through compassion.

This isn’t about becoming more productive.

This is about becoming more honest.

🌍💗👑 Root, High Heart & Crown Activation

This eclipse activates three important energetic centers:

• The Root — our sense of safety and belonging

• The High Heart — the place where compassion replaces correction

• The Crown — our trust in divine timing

With Neptune newly in Aries, illusions around identity begin to dissolve.

And with Chiron in Aries, the wound of belonging may rise gently to the surface — not to overwhelm, but to be acknowledged.

You may notice:

• emotional fatigue

• the urge to slow down

• a release of perfection-based roles

• grief around expectations you can no longer meet

Nothing is broken.

Something is completing.

This meditation is designed to help you release what the body has been carrying — especially as we prepare for the momentum of the Fire Horse cycle ahead.

🌕 Virgo Lunar Eclipse Ritual

The Sacred Clearing

This simple ritual helps the nervous system release pressure around perfection, performance, or control.

✨ You Will Need:

• A bowl of water

• A pinch of salt

• Paper + pen

• A white or soft green candle

🕯️ Steps:

1. Light your candle.

2. Add a pinch of salt to the bowl of water.

3. On the paper, write one sentence beginning with:

   “I release…”

4. Read it aloud once.

5. Dip your fingers into the water and gently touch:

   • the base of your spine (Root)

   • the upper chest (High Heart)

   • the crown of your head

6. Say softly:

   “This cycle is complete.”

7. Tear the paper and discard it respectfully.

Sit for a moment in stillness.

Allow the body to register the release.

🌙 Moving Forward

Lunar Eclipses do not rush the next chapter.

They simply remove what cannot walk with you into it.

Trust the body.
Trust the ending.
Trust what is quietly beginning beneath the surface.

This then becomes:

"Can I trust my body to carry my spirit forward?"
