Full Strawberry Moon in Capricorn | The Harvest Before the Roar
Jun 24, 2026
On June 29, 2026, the Full Strawberry Moon rises at 8° Capricorn, illuminating the mountain we've been climbing and inviting us to pause long enough to appreciate how far we've come.
Full Moons represent culmination.
Revelation.
Completion.
They shine a light on what has grown since the New Moon and reveal the fruits of our efforts.
Capricorn is often associated with ambition, responsibility, and achievement. Yet beneath the surface, Capricorn's true wisdom is not about climbing higher.
It's about building something meaningful.
Something sustainable.
Something capable of standing the test of time.
This Full Moon asks a powerful question:
What are you building, and does it truly support the life you're trying to create?
The Strawberry Moon Harvest
Traditionally known as the Strawberry Moon, June's Full Moon marks a season of ripening and harvest.
Strawberries are gathered when they are ready.
Not before.
Not after.
At exactly the right time.
Nature understands timing.
Yet many of us struggle with it.
We push.
We rush.
We compare our progress to others.
We focus on what remains unfinished instead of recognizing what has already grown.
The Strawberry Moon reminds us that every season has its purpose.
Some seasons are for planting.
Some are for tending.
And some are for harvesting.
This Moon asks us to receive.
To acknowledge.
To celebrate.
To gather the wisdom we've earned.
Jupiter's Final Lesson in Cancer
Adding even greater significance to this Full Moon is Jupiter's position at the final degree of Cancer.
Less than twenty-four hours after the Full Moon peaks, Jupiter enters Leo, beginning a brand-new chapter of expansion.
Cancer has spent the past year teaching us about:
• Emotional nourishment
• Belonging
• Home
• Family
• Self-care
• Emotional security
Now Jupiter pauses at the threshold and asks:
What have you learned?
Before Jupiter enters Leo and encourages us to shine brighter, create more boldly, and express ourselves more fully, it asks us to remember what has nourished us.
Because what nourishes us becomes the fuel for what we create.
Capricorn's Sacred Question
Capricorn energy is often misunderstood.
Many assume it is solely concerned with success, status, or achievement.
Yet Capricorn's deeper wisdom asks:
Is what you're building aligned with your values?
A career can be successful and still leave us exhausted.
A goal can be achieved and still leave us feeling empty.
A mountain can be climbed and still not be our mountain.
This Full Moon encourages us to pause and evaluate not only our progress but our direction.
Not simply:
"What have I accomplished?"
But:
"What truly matters?"
Reflection Questions for the Full Moon
Spend a few moments journaling beneath the light of this Moon:
๐ What have I built over the past six months?
๐ What am I most proud of?
๐ What burden am I ready to release?
๐ What wisdom am I carrying forward?
๐ What deserves my energy moving forward?
Allow the answers to emerge naturally.
There is no need to rush.
The Moon already knows.
The Harvest Before the Roar
The day after this Full Moon, Jupiter enters Leo.
The energy begins to shift.
The focus moves from nourishment to expression.
From tending the heart to sharing its light.
From inner growth to outer radiance.
But before the next chapter begins, the Universe offers us this sacred pause.
A chance to gather the harvest.
A chance to honor the climb.
A chance to remember what truly matters.
As you stand beneath this Full Strawberry Moon, may you recognize your growth.
May you celebrate your progress.
May you release what no longer serves your highest path.
And may you carry the wisdom of this season forward with grace.
Because the mountain was never asking you to prove yourself.
It was helping you remember who you are.
