Are you ready to create your own all natural, great for the environment, beyond the "absolute" magical cleansing spray? Simple ingredients: vinegar, baking soda, & Essential Oils - Cleanse your Spirit and your surfaces all at once!

Cleansing is a crucial practice for any and all energy workers. Stagnant energy can hang around from all kinds of sources - including ourselves. Clearing it away regularly allows the good chi, vital energy - to flow more freely to us, so that the fantastic stuff doesn't have to fight through a bunch of blocks and barriers to find us.

There are a variety of ways to perform energetic cleansing, crystals, smudging (smoke clearing), sound, visualization. We all have our very own personal favorite. Whistle while we cleanse, feel like the dwarfs in Snow White. We all have the day to day mundane cleansing - I love to go through and light up the incense after a great cleanse. Diffuse essential oils, create natural blends while infusing them all with intention. So, as you too wipe away all the counter crumbs, know that you are clearing away negative energy at the same time.

Ingredients for your DIY Essential Oil Cleansing Spray

The base of this cleaner is made of vinegar, baking soda & water. You could actually stop right there if your heart wants to. However, I love to add some herbal energy in the form of essential oils. The plant essences that are carried in essential oils gives a boost of energy with each fragrant drop.

Here are some of my go to oils:

• lavender - known for its calming, peaceful energy, it can assist us to enter into a relaxed state - which is always a goal for any cleansing work. It is also naturally antibacterial.
• lemon - bright, cheery & energizing. Lemons are associated with cleansing and bring in an uplifting joyful energy. This essential oil is also naturally antiseptic and can defend against bacteria and viruses, along with assisting in removing grease.
• peppermint - purification, love, healing & prosperity - the scent of mint can help to refocus a tired mind. Antiseptic, antiviral and fights odors.
• pine - this one has long been associated with mundane cleaning. Brings with it the energy of growth, strength, success and perseverance. Pine acts as an air freshener and is antiseptic (Siberian Fir, Douglas Fir, Black Spruce)

How to make your Essential Oil Cleansing Spray:

Extremely easy, Ingredients:

• 1/2 c. white vinegar
• 4 drops lemon essential oil
• 3 drops lavender essential oil
• 2 drops pine essential oil (Black Spruce, Douglas Fir, Siberian Fir)
• 1 drop peppermint
• 2 tablespoons baking soda (bicarb)
• 1/2 cup water
• 250 ml (1 cup) spray bottle

Simply use a funnel to add the vinegar and essential oils to your spray bottle. Then add the baking soda. You may want to do this over a sink (it may bubble over). Once the Fizz has calmed down, fill the bottle the rest of the way with water. Put the lid on and shake before using. 

There you have it! A Magical Blend to uplift your environment, as you remove the energetic debris. The Scent of Nature at your fingertips!
