One object that represents the future (key, crystal, symbol)
Steps:

Light the candle.

Place the bowl of water before you.

Write one sentence:
“In this new cycle, I choose…” -
Read it aloud once.

Dip your fingers in the water and touch your heart.

Hold the future object and say:
“I step forward willingly.” -
Sit quietly for a few breaths.
